qtubuntu-sensors software package provides QtSensors plugins for Android sensors, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install qtubuntu-sensors
qtubuntu-sensors is installed in your system.
Make ensure the qtubuntu-sensors package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep qtubuntu-sensors *
You will get with qtubuntu-sensors package name, version, architecture and description in a table
